Chilli and Honey Grilled Salmon



This topping should be nice and crispy on top with a spicy/sweet flavour... very tasty!


Ingredients:

- Salmon steaks (skin on one side is best)
- Paprika powder
- Salt (preferrably rock salk, unground)
- Ground pepper
- Crushed chillies
- Honey

Method:

1. Mix some paprika, salt, ground pepper and crushed chillies together (should be mostly paprika, with just a sprinkle of salt, pepper and a few crushed chillies).
2. Coat the top of the salmon steaks with this mixture and grill for 4 minutes.
3. Drizzle some honey over the steaks and grill for another 5 minutes (or until cooked).
